Elected Councillor

 

I am a retired Forestry Field Service Engineer/Technician and was former Town Mayor  in 1992-93.

I have been married to my wife Sandra, for just over 50 years. We have two Sons, Lee and the late Shane Davies.

I was born and raised in Llanwrtyd and my family have a long connection with the Llanwrtyd area. My Grandchildren, who live in Llanwrtyd, are the seventh generation of my family to live and work in and around the area.

I am actively involved in the local community:

• Deputy Chair of Llanwrtyd Twinning Association

• Committee member of Dolwen Field Recreation For All.

• Joint organiser of the Shane Davies Memorial Tractor Road Run.

• Sub committee member for the Town Council Finance and Police Liason committees
